Each colour has a specific meaning. Pink-Sex, Red-Life, Orange-Healing, Yellow-The Sun, Green-Nature, Turquoise-Art and Magic, Blue-Serenity, Purple-The Spirit.
Transgender flag
Light blue represents the masculine aspects of transgender individuals. Light pink focuses on the female aspects and white represents those who are transitioning between the two.
Bisexual flag
The magenta stripe represents same-gender attraction. The blue stripe represents opposite-gender attraction. The deep lavender stripe in the middle represents attraction toward both genders.
Lesbian flag
The lesbian flag consists of multiple horizontal stripes. The top and bottom stripes are shades of dark orange, representing a community unique to women. The middle stripe is a white stripe, symbolizing gender non-conformity and a diverse range of gender expressions among lesbians.
Pansexual flag
Pink represents attraction to people who identify as female. Blue represents attraction to people who identify as male, and yellow indicates an attraction to non-binary people.
Asexual flag
Defines different levels of sexuality. Black represents a lack of sexual attraction. Grey represents grey-asexuality. White represents normal sexuality, and purple at the bottom represents the community.
Genderqueer flag
The genderqueer flag consists of a lavender stripe, a mixture of blue and pink, associated with men and women representing androgyny and the queer identity. The white stripe indicates agender or gender neutral identities, and the green represents nature and those who identify off the traditional gender spectrum.
Non-binary flag
The yellow stripe represents gender outside the binary. White represents people of many or all genders. Purple, people with genders considered a mix of male and female, and black for people who identify as not having a gender.
Progress flag
The Progress flag is a classic rainbow flag with the addition of a chevron placing greater emphasis on inclusion and progression. The black and brown stripes represent the marginalized LGBTQ+ communities of colour.
Intersex flag
Intersex broadly describes people who do not fit the modern interpretation of the gender binary. This new arrival features a progress flag with an added purple circle on a yellow field on the left side of the flag. The unbroken circle shows that intersex people are totally complete from the moment of birth.
