Online Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchases from Cybershop Australia, so we aim to make any returns, exchanges or refunds as easy and as quickly as possible.

30 DAY RETURNS

If you would like to make an exchange you can please follow the below instructions or contact our customer service team via email or phone to discuss.

We have the right to reject any items that are returned in an unsaleable condition, or do not meet the returning items conditions mentioned above.

 It is easy to submit a return with Cybershop Australia, online!

We are partnered with Australia Post Return Label Online services. Return anything from around Australia, fully tracked.

Simply click HERE, complete the online form, make payment and this will generate your return shipping label.

When the item has arrived back at the warehouse we will get it sorted for you as quickly as possible. You will then receive an email as soon as the return has been completed.

Please ensure you include clear instructions for you reason for your return. 

While we will refund your whole order, the shipping fee will not be refunded. If you have received ‘FREE Shipping’ a handling and restocking fee of $15.00 will be deducted from your refund.

FAULTY ITEMS :  If you have received a faulty item we are terribly sorry! Please do not submit it through our Returns process, but instead email us directly at: cybershopau@gmail.com with a photo of the item so we can arrange a solution for you asap!

Items that cannot be exchanged or refunded:

  • undergarments,
  • petticoats,
  • swimwear,
  • bodysuits,
  • hosiery,
  • earrings,
  • piercings,
  • opened hair dye,
  • face masks

This is due to Australian health and hygiene regulations. We allow a time period of 30 days from your package arrival date to make contact for any exchanging or faulty product purchases.

Returning items:

  • the customer is responsible for the return postage costs
  • must be in the original condition, including swing tags attached
  • original packaging,
  • unworn and unwashed
  • must include proof of purchase.

Please keep items clean from animal fur, makeup stains and cigarette smoke.

If you would like to make an exchange you can see us in-store at one of our Cybershop Australia locations or contact our customer service team via email or phone to discuss.

Please ensure you provide clear instructions for your exchange.
