Had to get a skirt for Oz comic con this weekend and the staff were so helpful and got the size I needed sent to the store next day!! A while back, I decided to go to Cybershop Penrith with the intention of buying... a new dress. I was looking at the sale rack when a woman walked into the store behind me, looked me up and down and glared at me. Turns out she was an employee. I'm usually an extra small in Hell Bunny, which was the only size left in a miss Eleanor dress. The woman looked at me and said "thats not going to fit you." But I tried it on anyway. She was eavesdropping when I told my boyfriend it was too small at the bust, to which she shouted "I told you so" across the store. She made me feel absolutely horrible about not fitting into a dress, which is something I have NEVER experienced before. I tried on another dress, which didn't suit me. I didn't ask for her opinion but that didn't stop her from making remarks about my breast size. I ended up choosing a dress, and took it to the register. Despite the fact that she was standing right in front of me, it took her over a minute to even acknowledge me, let alone serve me. The only reason I have been back is to exchange the dress, because the zip broke a month later. This sucks because I love the shop - the customer service is awful though.read more

I plan to come back and buy lots more from the Macarthur square store, also the person who was working was absolutely lovely and helped me find all the right sizes. I have always had a nice experience with the staff when buying something or... just browsing, I tried on a dress just the Saturday gone and I had a lovely lady who was complementing me on the dresses I was trying on and giving her opinion on which one looked the best, as I needed a nice dress for a cousins wedding. Was very happy with the service and there are so many wonderful dresses! Didn't think I would find one as I am plus size, but I found the perfect dress! :)read more
