 It is easy to submit a return with Cybershop Australia, online!

We are partnered with Australia Post Return Label Online services. Return anything from around Australia, fully tracked.

Simply click HERE, complete the online form, make payment and this will generate your return shipping label.

When the item has arrived back at the warehouse we will get it sorted for you as quickly as possible. You will then receive an email as soon as the return has been completed.

Please ensure you include clear instructions with your return. 

Please note – While we will refund your whole order, the shipping fee will not be refunded.

FAULTY ITEMS :  If you have received a faulty item we are terribly sorry! Please do not submit it through our Returns process, but instead email us directly at: with a photo of the item so we can arrange a solution for you asap!

Items that cannot be exchanged:

  • undergarments,
  • swimwear,
  • bodysuits,
  • hosiery,
  • earrings,
  • piercings
  • opened hair dye
  • face masks

This is due to Australian health and hygiene regulations. We allow a time period of 30 days from your package arrival date to make contact for any exchanging or faulty product purchases.

Returning items:

  • the customer is responsible for the return postage costs
  • must be in the original condition, including swing tags attached
  • original packaging,
  • unworn and unwashed
  • must include proof of purchase.

Please keep items clean from animal fur, makeup stains and cigarette smoke.

We have the right to reject any items that are returned in an unsaleable condition.

An amazing, amazing store with a wide range of clothing and sizing and such friendly staff. I accidentally left one of the items I bought from there at the store and they were so lovely and accommodating to get it back. Just genuinely lovely service with AMAZING clothing. Definitely has become one of my favourite stores!

I recently had a wedding to attend and found everything i was looking for at Cyber Shop Wollongong - the service was amazing, the staff helped me put together an outfit I was thrilled with, fitted perfectly, and was very comfy and flattering. They had plenty of stock and was reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.
