All items can be exchanged except undergarments, swimwear, bodysuits, hosiery, earrings, piercings and opened hair dye. This is due to Australian health and hygiene regulations. We allow a time period of 30 days from your package arrival date to make contact for any exchanging or faulty product purchases.
Items must be returned in the original condition, including swing tags attached, original packaging, unworn and unwashed with a proof of purchase. We suggest trying on shoes on carpet to avoid any scuff marks. Please keep items clean from animal fur, makeup stains and cigarette smoke. We have the right to reject any items that are returned in an unsaleable condition.
